Talon/LPE is offering an 8-hour SafeLandUSA Basic Orientation Class on July 13th from 8am - 5pm. The training is specified for onshore drilling in the United States. This orientation is exceptionally valuable, as it stays with a person throughout their entire career.

Talon/LPE is also offering a First Aid & CPR/AED Class that is Red Cross Certified, a Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness Certification and a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Class on July 14th from 8am – 5pm. It is important to note that the Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness Certification is in compliance with the State of Texas RRC, New Mexico OCD, and Oklahoma OCC, American National Standards Institute, Inc. (ANSI)/American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE),  and American Petroleum Institute (API).

Certifications and courses like these are critical on a job site, as many companies will not let you on a site if you do not possess these qualifications. Furthermore, statistics show that a person is five times more likely to gain employment with a SafeLandUSA certification according to Bailey Safety Consultants.
