***Talon/LPE Forges Ahead With Long-standing Amarillo/Midland Environmental Services Company ***

Effective August 1, 2014, Talon/LPE, LTD. (Talon)  has entered into an asset purchase agreement with **Eco-Logical Environmental Services, Inc.** (Eco-Logical) in Amarillo, Texas. Talon is excited with this opportunity, and believes combining Talon and Eco-Logical’s expertise will positively impact our existing and future clients.

 In business for more than two decades, locally owned and operated Eco-Logical  touts a rich history in this region, and is respected for its unwavering ethics, laudable safety record, outstanding emergency response team and oil field, soil remediation and groundwater specialists. Eco-Logical is known in the industry for its professionalism and its employees are well regarded among their peers. 

 Talon/LPE intends to carry on the traditions and foundation that Eco-Logical has built over the last 23 years in Texas and New Mexico, and we will continue to offer the same services, but at a greater depth.
