We believe it this the most important part of any project. This attitude allows for constant attention to injury and loss time prevention and proper employee training.

Safety is the most important aspect of any project. A clear communication of goals and training is the compelling force behind the Talon/LPE "top down" safety culture. The management of Talon/LPE is committed to providing a safe work environment for all our employees, subcontractors, and clients.

This is accomplished by creating a culture that is ingrained in all of our employees. A full-time Corporate Health and Safety Staff, combined with daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings, monthly safety meetings, and an overall awareness of safe working conditions has allowed Talon/LPE to excel in creating a safe work environment. Talon/LPE has instituted a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Program to ensure all employees and subcontractors perform assigned duties in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.

Our employees are OSHA 40-hour trained, and drillers attend annual continuing education to ensure we are current with the latest technology, and safety awareness. Everyone at Talon/LPE is conscious of the latest rules and guidelines in the industry.
