David Prescott

David is responsible for all the overall strategic direction and operations of Talon/LPE. David serves or has served in various Board Positions with the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, Golden Spread Council of the Boy Scouts of America, West Texas A & M University (WTAMU) Alumni Association, Don Harrington Discovery Center and WTAMU Enterprise Center and Engineering Advisory Boards.
Lindsay Currie
VP of Operations and Business Development
Lindsay manages the Environmental and Oilfield Construction Operations in Midland, Hobbs and Artesia. She also oversees Business Development for the company. Some of her responsibilities include maintaining operational budgets, developing operational strategies and maintaining client relations.

Shane Currie, P.G.
Vice President

M.S. Environmental Science, West Texas A & M University
Shane manages the Environmental Operations in Amarillo, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. He also oversees the Drilling Operations and Health and Safety Program companywide. Some of his responsibilities include maintaining operational budgets, developing operational strategies, maintaining client relations, and performing project management functions.
Doug Millsaps, P.E.
Vice President – Engineering
Education: B.S. Civil Engineering – Texas Tech University, 1991
Doug manages operations in Austin and San Antonio, engineering services company wide, and IT services. Maintains active participation in all aspects of projects including field work, data analysis, engineering design, technical review, technical support, and project management.
Todd Barbour
Vice President
Education: B.S. Construction Science, Texas A&M University, College Station TX
Todd oversees operations for the General Contracting Division including project management, estimating, contract negotiations and client relations. Todd's duties also include managing special projects, conceptual or budget estimating and ensuring that key performance expectations for project fulfillment are met.

Judy Ford
Human Resources Director
Education: Certificate in Human Resource Management
Judy's role as the Human Resources Director is to manage all aspects of employee relations which include orientation, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, counseling services and training, ensuring policies, job descriptions and performance reviews are up-to-date and accurate, and assisting in the termination process.
