About Talon/LPE: Health and Safety
Safety is the most important aspect of everything we do at Talon/LPE. The well being of our employees, subcontractors and clients is the driving intuitive for the Talon/LPE Health and Safety program.
Safety is the cornerstone of every project and task we perform at Talon/LPE. Talon/LPE has two full time Health and Safety Officers who report directly to Senior Management. They have implemented and oversee with Senior Management our behavioral based safety program which fosters a proactive and positive safety culture for our employees, subcontractors, and clients alike.
Our safety culture starts with the executive leadership of our company and is carried down to the newest members of our team. With strong support from upper management, our safety program promotes positive behaviors and focuses on keeping everyone safe on and off the job. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that all employees go home at the end of the day the same way they came to work that morning…without injury.
